That's strange. It works for me (both on a PC and my phone). It was down a day or two ago for an upgrade. Maybe try clearing your cache?

I’m the wrong guy to answer this, but my guess is that there is overheat protection on the USB circuitry. Same as in a computer or even your phone. Disables itself if it senses that it is too hot.

Well then I would guess at a loose connection somewhere, if it works intermittently. I’ve seen reports of the USB ports not working temporarily after baking in the hot sun too.

Stupid question. Did you check the fuse in your internal power distribution center? Fuse F43, I think.

The design was changed somewhere in the 2022 model year, as far as I can tell. Lots of 2019-2021 models have the issue, and a few 2022’s here and there. But practically none after that. I have a 2022, and not a problem.

Ok, that’s good. So you’re looking at an available tongue load of 1450 lbs. If you add a weight distribution hitch, that is 100% on the tongue. But even after deducting the weight of that, you could pretty easily haul the trailer you’re talking about…even with the trailer at fully loaded...
