It looks like the RC kit uses a top hat spacer and a pre-load spacer... I'd bet that if you left the pre-load spacer out, you would end up somewhere between 4-5" of front lift?
Would be interested in additional feedback from those who have run one of these WITHOUT a canopy or bed cover? Do these hold up to the elements, car washes, etc? Interesting tidbit regarding the tailgate freezing in place due to the 1-piece construction, that isn't something I had ever...
Can't help on the color match but I just did some shopping around last week and found the best deal for me was through Larry H. Miller in Avondale, AZ. Their prices per piece were about the same as several other online resources but their shipping was less than half of everyone else. $261.97...
Would you mind posting or sending me pictures of your current 6" setup? I am on the fence about what suspension setup to run on mine, and we have identical trucks so it would be a great visual reference.... Thanks!
I'm not quite yet due for my first oil change, but I've been under the truck and read enough horror stories that I'm preparing my self with a Fumoto (or similar) drain valve, and I would like to investigate the potential use of an oil filter relocation system... Anyone used one on the 2019 5.7L...
I'm waiting to hear back from BW on what splash guards they recommend that are compatible with their flares? That is one benefit to the factory OEM flares, both MOPAR and Weathertech have legitimate solutions for splash guards...
I agree they don't look too bad. I'm somewhat hesitant about just ordering actual factory OEM flares because they require holes in the fenders that non-equipped trucks don't have... I'm not opposed to drilling the holes but I see getting the layout accurate as a potential nightmare, and I'm...
Sorry if this has been discussed, I tried a search but wasn't able to find the answer so please point me to the thread(s) if it's already been addressed?
My question is, how is the factory 1" suspension lift achieved on the Off-Road Package and North Edition pickups? Are the struts different...
Has anyone installed a set of the Bushwacker OE style flares? I've seen a lot of the pocket style and the AXT style, but neither of those are what I'm after...
I have now towed both of my "regular loads" a couple of times, and just thought I'd share my overall impressions versus the same loads with the truck it replaced. First up is the Jeep:
It's a 2018 JLU-R with a slight lift, 37" tires, rock sliders and a custom front bumper with a Warn...
I'm watching to see if Dual Liner comes out with a kit for the 6'-4" bed... Right now they have a listing for the 5'-7" and haven't yet replied to my inquiry on the longer bed availability.
Dual Liner for 2019 RAM 1500
Great topic, I'm also considering bed protection options since mine came bare... I had not put much, if any, thought into the weight aspect but someone mentioned the spray-in liner is like 60 pounds heavier than a mat or carpet?! That is actually pretty significant! I've been considering one...
