if you go in setting in your screen you have an alignment mode so i think it lock the height 3/4 lower than normal as you are usually 3/4 of the time driving on normal.

i have the oem mopar cover and it’s fine for me. i use my bed more as a “trunk” than a truck bed. the way the tailgate finish close with the side bed makes it close to impossible to have it sealed anyway. i can see right through so i assume water gets it there too
