Thanks Mark! It seems to be working after powering down and letting the truck sit overnight. If it happens again i will get to my dealer.

Anyone else have this issue? I had my radio updated with the latest flash at dealer yesterday and this morning had Carplay active listening to some music and the couldn't change to the next track...buttons not working. Volume works just not buttons. Thoughts???

This is not the lift, it is the 2" spacers and the dealer is telling me no need for new UCA's. the stock ones will work.

I have heard that, but MOPAR is not recommending the UCA's be replaced with the spacers. I do go off-road during deer season and occassionally a few times per month, so changing the UCA's might be the way to go.

@Wolf that is great to hear. @RamCares giving that this has been confirmed by a RAM District Manager, how shold those of us that are missing this feature move forward?

I had this issue as well. Instead of doing the flash my dealer just swapped out the ANC module and this took care of the issue. Yes, the service people at my dealer HATE when i bring up a TSB they are not aware of, this seems to be the case for all of them :)
