Great responses, thanks. I should’ve included I did get a 2” level kit & 35’s, so I did bring some of this on myself. Lol. I made some hwy runs a month or so ago & it did bump up a few miles MPG.
Yeah. Someone much smarter than me can explain it better. But basically your truck is calibrated to your stock tires. If you don’t have your speedometer recalibrated with bigger tires, it throw everything out of whack. I don’t think it necessarily hurts anything, but you’re not running it as...
Hello all,
A simple question. I have a 2022 Rebel & my gas mileage is awful. I rarely get in the gas pedal, but I reset the MPG the other day & it stayed between 10 - 12 MPG driving local. Just curious.
Got a 2022 Rebel, called my local dealer about my 1st oil change (6 months next month) & the guy in service said since it has synthetic oil in it from the factory & that it isn't due until 9 months (no way I'll bust the mileage). I was pleasantly surprised, but had never heard this before...
I recently got BFG KO2's, went from stock GY Wranglers 275/70/18 to the 35" 12.5 BFG's. I messaged BFG on FB & they immediately responded to me. I gave them the specs & they got back to me & gave me the proper in inflation. Maybe try that with Toyo.
Hey all, went up in tire size on my 2022 Rebel from the stock 275/70/18's to 35" 12.5 BFG KO2's. The door says 45 lbs of pressure but the new KO2's say 65 max PSI. Which # is correct? I asked the dealer that put on the KO2's & he said follow the door. I was just double checking. TIA.
Thanks man. I made a similar post on a RAM page on FB. Someone mentioned a Borla Touring exhaust too. Seems like the quietest one, then the S Type, then the ATAK.
Kind of narrowed my last major upgrade to my 2022 Rebel to the Borla ATAK, S Type, or the Touring. Thoughts on both? Had a Borla dual exhaust on my 2006 Tundra XSP, loved the sound, throaty but not too obnoxious & zero cabin drone. But not sure exactly which one it was?
