I have the same issue with mine. In fact, I am disappointed in uconnect. I had a ‘17 Ram and uconnect would send and receive text messages with my iPhone 7, it would also alert you to favorite songs. All this fancy stuff and we lose the basics.

The system will not send or receive from an iPhone. You have to use Apple play. I don’t understand why they made changes. I had a ‘17 Ram and it worked with iPhones. It also alerted you to favorite songs and the ‘19 does not.

The leveling kit makes a difference in the ride. I drove the limited off road pack for several days with the air suspension and it was much smoother. Now I am not saying the longhorn off road is a bad ride. It is not. But it Is not as comfortable as one without. My ‘17 had a nicer ride...

Curious if anyone can tell me if in normal driving conditions is there a difference in the smoothness between the off road package and the regular 4x4? I would think it would be stiffer in the off road package.

Once I took it out of demo mode and called to set up uconnect, mine started saving. I also had to set up my profile.

I have an I phone 7 and purchased a protective case that enables the charging station to work. The one thing I believe is a miss is that no phones will charge when using Apple car play. Also , the 12 inch screen is cut in half on Apple car play.

Same here with the sports not loading. I hate my new longhorn. 2 weeks of ownership and its spent half of it in the shop. My 5th Ram and I regret trading in my ‘17.

Has anyone figured out how to have your saved favorite songs send an audible alert? They only scroll across the top of your screen. You have to be watching for it to see. My ‘17 had a beep when they came on.
