I've added an option to the order tracker to specify if your build includes advanced safety package / blind spot monitoring - might help to see if there are any trends, like orders with these getting delayed. Order tracker link in my signature.

For what it's worth, I've never used AA - always just a quick spray of Chemical Guys Leather Cleaner (if needed) and a light touch of Chemical Guys Leather Conditioner every month or so.
