I'd be interest in the fuel consumption on the Toronto to Sault ste Marie and the Sault ste Marie to Thunder Bay legs of the trip; driving from Barrie to Thunder Bay in essentially the same truck. Mines a 2019 Rebel 5.7 CC.
I like the tow mirrors only while they're folded out so the curved mirror is at the bottom other than they aren't very aesthetically pleasing in that position. When they're in the other position I find that I have a real problem seeing while backing up and changing lanes. FCA really dropped the...
I've noticed a noise from my rear end when I've got the e-locker engaged and the rear wheels spin in the snow. It sounds as though the locker isn't fully engaged or something; has anyone else experienced this with their trucks? I'm definitely going to get it looked at by the dealer but it's an...
I just attempted to use the uconnect to remote start the truck and it failed 3 times in a row. Pretty dodgy performance for something that carries a monthly fee to use after the year trial is up.
The foam cup holders come in quite handy for me. The rear kick down step is the best thing ever. I've got worn out knees and it really helps getting in the bed
The app works "ok" up here in Canada. A lot of times it just sends a message back saying it didn't start the truck. It's a good idea but it def has bugs in it
Mine seems to have a pretty short range as well. Wondering if it might have anything to do with the doors being able to unlock when the key fob is close? All I know is that the range on my remote start sucks
I had a 2018 ram sport crew cab hemi with 3.21 rear end and it towed pretty well as long as you didn't need to overtake another vehicle on the highway. The truck did have 35" tires on it though, so it prob wouldn't be as bad with the factory tires. My new truck has 3.92 and factory tires and...
I'm towing a 27' bunkhouse with my 2019 Rebel with 3.92 gears and no air suspension. I use a weight distribution hitch and the truck easily tows the trailer. Only thing is the fuel mileage is horrendous with the hemi. Lol. Has lots of useable power but certainly does a number on fuel economy.
The problem is that it sounds loose or something. There is no wind noise and yes I do want a satisfying thump from the door; same thump I get out of my passenger side rear door. My problem is that one sounds substantially different than the other which makes me want to know why? Almost sounds...
My door actually sounds like it could be a door latch adjustment issue. The more I listen to it, the more it sounds like the latch closing and then rebounding back on the striker. This rebound might be causing that hollow sound. Just my thoughts on it. I will definitely post after I speak with...
Yeah I'm definitely not holding my breath either. I was actually told by the service tech at my dealership that FCA has bigger issues to find solutions to and that this is prob not high on the priority list. I may actually take the truck into a body shop and see if they are able to give me an...
Took it to the dealer today and they tell me that Ram is aware of it but they don't have a fix. They seem to think it's the latch and its lack of adjustability.
Funny stuff. Lol. My issue is that the one door sounds substantially different than the other 3 when slamming it closed; which makes me wonder why that is. The sound in the video clip that I can't seem to post would convey this alot better than my hollow description. Haha
Just wondering if anyone else has a hollow sound when they close the rear doors? My drivers rear crew cab door sounds hollow compared to the passenger side rear when I close them. I'm hoping there's a solution as it really bothers me when I close it. I tried to post a short video of the two rear...
