#3 - Mine does the same thing. However on the 12in Screen when this happens, on the phone tab, select the keypad, you'll see the button that Transfer to Phone. Click it. Then Click transfer back. This will fix it. (No need to disconnect your phone and back.)

You have to hold the stud and turn the nut at the same time. That nut needs to be around 68ft torque. Tightening mine solved the clunk. Ill admit not much space for a wrench where it is.

I used two crescent wrenches. One to hold the pin and the other to tighten the nut.

I am getting random "freeze ups" if on hands free on the phone. I cant hear the other party and they cant hear me. If i transfer call back to my phone then back to uconnect, everything comes back. Anyway to fix this?
