Update #2 - Dealer did a reset on my radio again. I can tell because all my presets are back to default. Wouldn't tell me what they did and gave at me with an attitude. Said working normal. Service advisors quote - Its your vehicle and your problem.
Update #1 for today.
Truck is at dealer, dealer called said it's working fine, nothings wrong. They insist there is no known issues with the 12in system.
Then I told them FCA Corp is sending a Field Tech to look at it... (They paused and said, fine). ... We will see what the FCA Field Tech...
I have to take my truck to the dealer monday.
Not sure if they'll fix it or not, but FCA Managers want to replace the radio. (At least I have a nice warranty on my truck now)
I went out and checked my truck. It's build date is June of 2019.
Software on the radio is at 28.1 so by the TSB, its the latest software.

I've been asking the dealer to reflash my radio, put the latest update on the radio, etc.....
They keep telling me I have the latest greatest software and that Mopar hasn't updated it since the Beginning of 2019.
It's not key cycles, the system needs to "Redownload" your options from the comptuer.
IT WILL NOT DO THIS WITH YOUR VEHICLE RUNNING. It takes up to 30 minutes with the VEHICLE OFF.

I was just informed by "Diane" (case manager) from Ram Customer Care that she can not resolve, extend my warranty on the radio or give any recommendations on how to resolve the issue.
Her suggestion is take my truck to the dealer and let the service advisor drive the vehicle as their vehicle...

Called Ram Customer Care & Local Dealer. Asked for both of them to call me back about my issues. So far ... Crickets. NO RESPONSE.
I've emailed the Service Advisor of the local RAM Dealer (Nothing)

Dealer said they used their system to reset my radio.
Heck I did that by unplugging the battery.
I dont know if its fixed, but Ill keep you posted. I have a nagging feeling its going to mess up again... I almost expect it to screw up
