kind of funny this topic came up...2 days ago I was driving in city traffic, came to a light and started hearing what I thought was someone's bass in another car, it got louder and louder, the light changed and as I started to take a left I thought, "glad I'm getting away from whoever had their...
the lights in these Limiteds are so good they don't have to move all that much, but they do move. In my wifes Outback, it's way more noticeable when you take a turn, so much so that it can actually be a little distracting because it's kind of fun to watch them moving back and forth.
the very IDEA that a car dealer would do ANYTHING underhanded is preposterous! Car dealers are the most honest people in the world, they take a Federal Oath to be honest at all times, and some have even been nominated for Sainthood at the Vatican. No way they would ever try to sell a lemon back...
the 8 speed ZF transmissions in our trucks are, in my opinion, the best on the market. Butter smooth, and rarely fail. Don't lose faith, whatever the issue is on yours, it's not because these are "bad" transmissions. My buddy just had his 10 speed replaced in his 2019 F-150....google "10 speed...
sorry, I disagree...there is no such thing as an "exact-fit" a/m sunroof for a non-sunroof panel. It can be the greatest quality sunroof on the planet, but someone has to take a hand-held device and cut a giant hole in your roof. That makes it risky no matter what. If a human is involved in the...
don't want to stir things too much, but you really can't compare a factory s/roof to an aftermarket shop product. The factory s/roof is engineered to fit exactly in the also engineered roof panel and everything is spec'd out. An independant shop taking a sawzall and cut-off wheel to your roof...
oh good God, don't cut up your roof. WAYYYY too many horror stories in the past 64 years that I have seen with aftermarket s/roof jobs. Drive the truck till you are ready for the next one, then get one with a s/roof,(factory! lol).
hmm...I would go around and check every tire for a nail or screw . When you have a nail or screw in the tire, it makes a slight tick-tick-tick at slow speed, but goes away when you start moving faster.
just be glad these don't have the crazy folding-canvas " Sky Slider" sunroofs FCA was putting on the Liberty's a few years ago...talk about a nightmare! When i was appraising for the ins co. I had one that a tree limb ripped open. It went to 3 dealers who refused to work on it, so we totaled the...
