Not sure if this is supposed to be like this or not?? Or if this just an early glitch from a Uconnect system that’s never been updated above 18.18.1b. The radio can be turned on without a key fob present or touching the ignition button and open/close the door several times a radio will not turn...

It still opens fully. Just have to tap it a second time to fully open as usual

Press and hold your 2 outside icons on the bottom tray of your Uconnect screen for about 7 seconds it should go into dealer mode

Exact same boat as you. Even had new module installed sept. 2018 because the nav would not work from date of purchase.

There is settings in the Uconnect system to change it. At least in the the 12” system there is.

Roller dial by the left knee is the only way I ever adjust them after the original setting within Uconnect.

It’s supposed to indicate a highway number if I remember correctly. It was brought up in a different thread but can’t seem to find it. But for what ever reason the numbers don’t show up.

Needs to be .16 or higher/newer for the update the way I understand it. Supposedly the older version was not having the issues to warrant the recall

Tried to have two different dealer update it but there is not even a service bulletin that my VIN would fall into either. Has nothing to with them getting paid oneway or the other.

My vehicle out dates that recall. Believe me, already looked into it
