I've had Jay's tunes since 2012 and he's been fantastic to work with. He's never taken more than a day to respond to me, most of the time he responds within the day. I have 4 different tunes for my '19 and always come back to Jay's. Why do I have 4? I honestly don't know, I get curious and get...
The tone is one of the best I've had from an exhaust, that's for sure, it just had a good amount of drone when cruising which some have I've seen. It's still the loudest exhaust I've ever had even with the resonator but now I barely hear it unless I'm aggressively accelerating.

To be fair, I was pretty surprised at how loud my S-Type was when I first started the truck up after the intake. My '12 Ram had true duals and it wasn't even close to the S-Type. I ultimately installed the Borla resonator which took it from really loud to tolerably loud. It really helped with...
The Pedal Commander only adjusts throttle sensitivity. A tune will adjust throttle sensitivity, transmission shift points, line pressure (shift firmness), timing and many other things. You can go either the Pulsar route or custom tuning.

The concept was a brand new truck, this is clearly just a rehash of the current gen Ram. So if they dropped F-150 from the Lightning, that would make it a brand new truck by your argument despite being the exact same truck overall right? I'm not really...
I do agree that redesign probably isn't the best descriptor there but I was only referring to the exterior. A brand new truck is kind of a stretch, changing the power train doesn't make it a new truck, especially when it looks practically the same and the current gen Ram. It's just a variation...
You can't drastically redesign a truck otherwise people will complain about how it looks like garbage or another brands garbage, and you can't familiarize a new concept because people will ask what happened to the concept. There's no winning, as there never is with redesigns.
They have different approaches of getting to a common end if that makes sense. The around town driving experience is more aggressive with HF's tune, where I feel Jay's pulls a little harder at WOT. Off the line they're pretty similar.

That's really crappy to hear. Jay has done a lot with my tunes and I've never had an issue with the tunes he's done on my last two trucks. He just made an adjustment at my request yesterday. You're right though, he's definitely overwhelmed these days. I have both HF and JG tunes now and both are...
It's an amazing tune, he does awesome work. I had his tune on my 2012 up until just under 100K and now have it on my 2019.

I had their switchback turn signals in my '12 and I swapped the third brake bulbs to LED Lasfits, really makes a positive difference.

I'm a little late on the Lasfit light upgrade, but I've had their bulbs in my Rebel and in my '12 and they're awesome. Their customer service is great too. Is it difficult to swap the interior bulbs? I'm thinking I'll do that in the near future.

Jay is one hell of a tuner and person in general. As overwhelmed as he is he never lets an email go unanswered. He'll make adjustments as you prefer, but won't hesitate to tell you when what you want is not a good idea.
