Look at investing in an Icon suspension. While expensive, it would be far more economical than trading for the GMC. I’d suggest this stage 4 system from Icon....It’s light years better than the ****ty Rancho suspension of the GMC AT4...

I chased mine with an extra hex nut. Paint was much thicker on the driver’s side. Had to tighten until the pressure became too great, back it off and go again.....Took a little while. The passengers side was a breeze...

Update.... Went by the dealership before they called me so I could get in there while they were working on it. Spoke with the technician. He said it ended up being a trans heater (had no idea the truck had a trans heater). He told me it was 1.5 quarts low on trans fluid after going through...

Interesting....is it something about pumps in California getting stuck? I haven’t had that issue in Tennessee that I’m aware of.. If I recall correctly, pumps in CA have this odd rubber/plastic boot on them that looks like an accordion? Could this boot be the issue?
