There is no transmission shift point adjustment. It is done by correcting the speedometer for the bigger tires by adjusting for the taller tires. Make sure that if you’re using a gps app on your phone to check speed, the phone can’t be connected to the truck in any way (otherwise it’s using the...
I’ll pm you a mini writeup for the HD guys that you can paste into the 1st post. It’s really the same install/bcm requirements as the 1500’s, just a few different CHMSL part numbers.
You can do that. You’ll get a message in the cluster on each startup that says rear view mirror unavailable, but it goes away after a few seconds, and everything works as it should.
That’s just so the bcm knows to use the fog lamp switch input on the headlamp switch. This setting has to be set to yes when equipped with fog lamps, otherwise, pressing the fog lamp button won’t turn them on.

Might have to have an export cluster. You can see if you can force the telltale light for it to come on (if it’s even present) by connecting to the instrument panel, go to activate diagnostics, and activate rear fog lamps.
If it’s there, it’ll illuminate for 10 seconds like in the pic below...
That’s the sensor for auto high beams. You’ll lose that feature by installing the DRVM, since there’s no such thing as a DRVM that has the auto high beam sensor.
They can’t even if they wanted to. The dealership scan tool doesn’t have the ability to program a used PCM to a vehicle (and most aftermarket tools don’t either).
You can either wait until new ones become available, or you can get a used one off car-part right now, and use JScan or alfaobd to initialize it on your truck.
