I have an older version and the newest version and they both work great. Their tech support will help you if you want to put in the time and effort. The symptoms sound very familiar...If you have a 12 inch Uconnect 5 radio/screen, then I suspect the USA warehouse sent you a device that does...

What is KSPIV's response when you point out that your box has Android 9, not 12 as advertised?

Can't answer a Netfix question...I don't have an account...but I have yet to find any app that does not fill the whole screen using the KSPIV or MMB boxes.
