It does seem like different dealers look at the carfax different. I traded in an F150 a few years ago, one dealer wanted to give me 14K and another dealer 17K. Shouldn't matter if the vehicle has been in an accident or not as long as it is repaired to factory standards.

Sucks that nowadays you have to decide whether it is better to get a vehicle fixed and get a lower resale value because of carfax or just sell it with the damage.

Problem I see with using that wire is that the running board lights would also come on when you turn the bed light on correct?

I am interested to know the wire color as well. I am trying to mount some led lights to my running boards and would like them to come on when the doors are open.

Hopefully I can get it back before Christmas. Also had to take it back to the dealer because a couple of switches for the Advanced safety group package weren't installed at the factory.
