Does anybody make a roof rack fir our trucks? I like the Prinsu rack made for Tacomas. Something with configurable racks so I don’t black my panoramic sunroof all the time.
Here is Prinsu rack for reference-
There is a “sister” HD site you can access via the navigation tabs at the top of the page.
You will probably have more response there since it 3ill be HD owners as opposed to 1/2 ton owners.
Got my alignment done today after installing the Bilstien 6112s and 5160s installed.
I think I am done spending money on modifications for a while.
Unless B2 fabrication has a sale for Black Friday in which case I will be picking up their moderate exhaust system.
Would it make your truck look cooler? Well that is a very personally subjective matter. Personally I don’t think they are very attractive at all. Another person will think they are amazing looking.
If you like the way they look, that’s what’s important.
Looking to find the height to the flares on a stock Rebel.
Curious as to how much taller I am currently with my new suspension and tires.
Forgot to record what I was at before.
Thanks!
Clayton off road makes a spring for the gladiator that fits our trucks. It gives the Rebel a 1.5” lift over stock. 2.5” taller than stock on a non Rebel/ORG setup.
I have them on my Rebel with Bilstien 5160s. Much more composed over bumps and uneven terrain then the 1.5” under coil spacer I had...
I did the same thing. It’s so small you can’t even see it in the port in the dash. 10,000 songs at my fingertips. It’s still nice to have satellite radio and my phone when I want as well. But I use the USB drive pretty often.
Just finished installing my Bilstien 6112/5160 combo. Only went on a short 5 mile test drive, but they feel great. Very composed over bumps. You feel them, but at the same time it’s super smooth.
Installed them myself, so I’m out of pocket $1000 for pretty good setup.
Well. $1400ish since I had...
Well. That’s a great point.
I was looking at it as - my truck is stock. It has a 1.5” lift so these shocks, being good for 0”-2” should be fine.
However, if Bilstien looks at it as the Rebel being +1” then the stock Rebel would fit in their lift parameters, but a lifted one would exceed it...
Sorry - wasn’t trying to single you out or anything. No offense was meant.
You just mentioned price.
i’ve had people ask why I didn’t get the 2500. Often times they are cheaper than 1500. For what I paid for my rebel I could’ve got a really nice three-quarter ton pick up.
But it’s way overkill...
Going by pricing doesn’t really make sense IMO.
A Raptor is more than an F250/350 in some cases.
You really aren’t cross shopping those for the same purpose.
One will go fast through the dunes. The other will tow a bridge if needed.
Same thing with TRX/PW/2500/3500.
The TRX and PW are kind...
