Thanks for the info! I'll definitely be trying that the first chance I get.

Map lights in overhead console stopped working

GREAT... I sold my Avalanche after 10yrs because I didn't want to chase down the electrical issues it was having. Keep us posted, please.

Map lights in overhead console stopped working

Has anyone had this issue? The two map lights on the overhead console aren't working anymore. I've tried hitting the "On" button for the interior lighting and various combinations of the dials for ambient and instrument lighting, but nothing has worked so far... I just noticed it last night, so...

    Bedrug Install

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to decide if I want to go with the full classic, or wait for the mat w/ tailgate.

    Bedrug Install

@Dustin Thanks for the post! Did you happen to notice if there were perforations (guides) on the sides where you would cut to install the bed rails?

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

As of a week or so ago, the Mopar version was on an "Engineering Hold". I had called several dealerships and they all said they were unavailable because of the hold. (Don't know if they actually had them and were just not selling or what.) I was able to talk to someone at Truck-Hero and they...

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

Call Morrie at TonneauFactoryOutlet . He's a great guy and can answer any questions you might have. I spoke with him about different covers for about 20 min. I decided on the MX4 for $799 delivered. (Will be installing it this weekend.) PS Let him know you heard about him on the forum. Just...

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

It was that the holes didn't line up with the bracket on the rails..

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

Thanks! There were a couple of guys on here that said they had to drill out a couple of holes where it attached to the rails (I think)… good to know that maybe BAK has addressed that.

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

Hey 202snowman, My MX4 finally came in last night and I'll be installing it tonight or tomorrow morning. Did you have any issues while installing? Any tips? Thanks!

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

I didn't want to wait on the Mopar version to be released from the engineering hold, so I went ahead and bought an MX4. As some others have mentioned on this and other forums, Morrie at Tonneau Factory Outlet hooked me up with a great deal! He's a super nice guy and knowledgeable about the...

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

Just an FYI... I've been calling local dealerships to see if they have any of these (Part#82215227AB) in stock and if they had any deals going. None of the dealerships I called showed them in stock, in fact, they all said that part is on an Engineering Hold. I talked to a FCA support rep at...

    Opinions on bed liners

I think I'm going to do pretty much the same... Mopar (hard folding 82215227AB), BedRug (probably just mat, not sides), and bed rails. Also looking at Undercover Swing Case SC302D (something else to add to your list).

    Opinions on bed liners

I previously had an Avalanche for 10 years which had a rubber bed liner. I was thinking of getting a rug type bed liner for my new Ram and was wondering if anyone had opinions/recommendations between BedRug, Husky, or others. Thanks in advance!

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

Just FYI, check out my post #9 in this thread. The Mopar version is the G2 with the ability to open/close tailgate with tonneau down.

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

I was looking at those, but the thing that made me take it off the list was a customer video. The guy was talking about how he installed it, then it rained really hard. While he was talking about how great it did in the rain, he opened it with a bunch of water still beaded on top, all the water...

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

Thanks for the info. I like the looks of the Lomax, but I think I like the utility of the BAKFlip along with being able to add the BAKbox. THANKS for the info 202snowman and Lakewake. I'll keep ol' Morrie in mind when the time comes.

2019 Folding Tonneau Cover: OEM vs BakFlip vs Gator

Still looking at the MX4 myself, but I'm weighing the fact that the Mopar version (G2 w/ 3yr warranty and tailgate closing) I can get delivered for ~$750. Did you get any kind of a deal?? There was someone on here or another forum that said they got an MX4 for about $1000 with a free BAKbox...
