    Deflector Pros and Cons

Well, times have changed...these guys quoted me $89.95 which is $10 more than everyone else who sells it. Maybe I need to know the secret handshake or something, but I'll look elsewhere for my truck parts. I am happy for those who have gotten deals from these guys though.

12 inch Screen blackouts after going in reverse

I had this issue about 4 times today. My fix: I switch the headlight knob from "auto" to "on", and then back to "auto" and so far, that maneuver has fixed it every time. I hope this works for others as well. A little annoying when it happens, but an easy work around until something better...

    2019 ram problems

Good luck to you on your quest! I love my Ram and haven't had any problems except when I was getting the tonneau cover (that I negotiated with the dealer) ordered and installed. Once that 3 trip issue was resolved, it has all be Great! The A/C get's too cold for me, I keep it on 71-72 with...

    Check Your Fender Flares.

Mine was built May 2019 and I bought it before it hit the lot...dealer didn't get a chance to put his name on the back yet...lol. Anyway, mine has that little strip as well. Now I just have to make sure I aim all the rocks at that strip lol.

    What WERE we driving?

2000 GMC Yukon XL. Loved "The Bus", had many reliable years pulling my travel trailer and lugging the kids (and later, the grandkids) all over the country (and Europe). I gave it to my younger daughter as she was having horrible luck with cars...it is a little big for her (family if 3) but it is...

Did you like the look of the 2019 rams at first?

We loved it at 1st sight. Shopped the big 3 trucks. 1st GMC, then Ram, and last Ford...which was a waste of time as we kinda knew it would be the Ram after we saw and drove it...but we had to complete our research. Before we went out and checked out all three, our plan was to get a GMC or...

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Sounds like a very good deal to me. There MIGHT be a little more savings to be had next month, but the questions I would consider are: "Does this truck have all or most of the features you want?" and if so, "How many other trucks, in your relative location, also meet your requirements?" When...

    What else in your garage?

Not actually in my garage (work vehicles), 38.72 Tons Engine plus Tender (passenger rail cars not included in total weight): Today I mostly operated the Blue Train: 1974 Balmoral Castle, which is a replica of the Scottish Caledonian Railroad passenger locomotive from the turn of the Century...

I Gotta be careful on this forum!

Don't I know it. I ordered and brought two BMW 335's back from Germany with me in 2008. My wife's, the sedan, would have $1200 - $1500 in repairs each year. Mine, the hard top convertible, would average $100-$300. Eventhough they both had the same engine. Full disclosure: her car was more the...

I Gotta be careful on this forum!

I do feel bad for all the folks with issues and am glad some have found sympathy and/or resolutions on the forum. However, I really love my Ram and am afraid if I keep reading other's issues, I may start finding issues with my truck, that I never would have noticed. Ignorance is bliss...and I...

larmie longhorn and limited what is the difference

In my case (initially wanted the Laramie Longhorn), I found it impossible to find all the features I wanted "On the lot", so I started looking at limited trims, which was more fruitful. I guess dealerships don't think there's a big market for Laramie Longhorns that cost more than an equivalent...

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Hi All, I originally was looking to get a Laramie Longhorn. I found it impossible to get the features we wanted on the Laramie without ordering it. I noticed many of my desired features were standard on the limited. On 31 May I saw a promising vehicle on a dealer's website listed as inbound...

    Official Delmonico Red thread

Here's mine! Had it for a month, but only been driving it for 2 weeks as I was on vacation for 2 weeks, 5 days after I made the purchase. I installed the mud flaps and the dealer installed the tonneau...soon to be replaced with a hard tri-fold. I was lucky to find my 1st choice of color. This...

Thought I was going to buy a Ford then GMC...I was wrong!

Hello All, I purchased my first Ram/Dodge 3 May 2019, then went on Vacation 5 Days later. Just got back and am having fun figuring out my new Ram! I've been planning on purchasing a Pickup for years. At first I thought I was getting a Ford...In fact November of 2016 I hit a deer in my 2000...

    WeatherTech Mud Flap Review

Still $74.90 from carid...should have looked at this forum and could have saved time searching...lol. I ordered them about an hour before I found this post...lol. You do need to order each pair separately...the shipping is $5 more, but the overall price will be about $15 cheaper. You can order...
