I don't think you will be able to get the dip to "cut" at those emblems. It isn't enough of a delineation between surfaces.

Nope, on the stock air suspension the 33s clear with tons of room, even in the lowest suspension setting. I could have put 35s on with ease. The wheel is more of an issue. I have 20x9 +18 wheels. The 20x10 will not fit (in this wheel style) as they won't clear the upper A-arm/ball joint.

I have the 3.21s and I just put 33s on my truck. I commute 30 miles each way on the freeway and am getting between 19.1 and 17.5 on the hwy. In town I am getting between 16.7 and 14.5. My combined tank has been around 16-17. And it still tows my 5500 lb boat/trailer just fine.

Nope. Everything cut crisp just by peeling the excess off. I was worried about the mirror caps but they cut clean too. Just peel it off slow.

I masked about 1/2" around the chrome on the tailgate and camera and then sprayed it all, even the camera lens. It all peeled off nicely.

Yes, it washes like normal, but you need to be careful around the edges where it cal start to peel up.

I didn't break any, but I would definitely do it when it was warm, or I would heat them up a bit to make sure they aren't too brittle. Find a pic online of the backside and you will see the tab placement. That might help, but it wasn't hard to get them off.
