I bought my truck used back in January and it has a quarter sized dent on the drivers door (surely from another door). I was thinking of taking it to a body shop to ask about how much that'd run to fix. If you don't mind, what did those cost to fix?
I'm more than happy with the way my truck came from the dealer. It already had the spray-on and tonneau cover, tinted windows, and nice wheels. I used to be into exhaust in my 20's, but now that i'm 40 I don't want to be THAT neighbor. The only thing I have done to mine is the Husky liners...
Morning everyone. I ended up trying CarGuys plastic restorer this weekend. It went on easy and the immediate results were quite great. It will be interesting to see the longevity I get out of it, but so far i'm happy. Thanks again for all the input...
Add me to the list. I have had this happen on occasion where I have started across a parking lot and then hear it retract. No sign of a pattern though.
Just curious what everyone is using on the plastic trim? I have some areas where I guess I got a little sloppy with the wax and there is some white residue. Thanks in advance.
I have the exact opposite problem. Mine has a front license plate holder and I wish it didn't. I would take it off, but then i'd have those holes in the bumper. My state doesn't require the front license and i'd prefer the clean look.
I have a 19 Laramie (equipment level 2) that has the heated rear seats. They do recline and I have the rear center console. Are we sure that those seat backs should fold down? I reached back there (from the side of the center console) and for the life of me I can't find any loop or release of...
I guess I need to look at that again, but how wide is it inside with the doors closed? I can see kids having enough room to sleep back there and perhaps a rather short stature adult.
Put me down as a fan and user of Android Auto. It's way better than what Uconnect provides IMHO. The only gripe I have is the same as everyone. It's not wireless. Hopefully one day they will get this figured out.
I am getting about ~450 miles on average per tank. Fill-ups are about 21-22 gallons. For the first time this week I ran it down until the fuel light came on and actually ran the DTE down to about 25 miles and then filled up. I was surprised that it only took about 22.5 gallons to fill up...
I noticed one for the first time in a LONG time this week and I was quite surprised. I haven't used one in 20yrs and didn't even think they were relevant anymore. Personally, I don't drive very fast these days. Doing so in a truck never made sense to me and that's all I drive now.
My 19 Laramie has the LED headlights. They are amazing. I tried to use the auto high beams, but ended up turning that feature off. The road signs kept confusing the system and they would turn off because of the light reflecting back.
I bought the Mopar mats and returned them the next day. I didn't like the fit at all. Seemed way too thick and I didn't like the look. In the past, i've always had WeatherTech in all vehicles and I do swear by them. They are fantastic. I just felt like giving the competition a chance...
