Hey everyone. So last year I finally got my squealing brakes resolved by getting the April 10 brake TSB completed that actually changed out the brake pads, calipers, and pins. Now the squeal has returned. Should I try to get them to complete the same TSB again or try to get them to do a...

Here's what you'll need.
So what's happening is that light foam seal eventually gets saturated with water during a heavy storm and then it starts leaking. It's like a sponge and just absorbs water. So if you look at it partially dry it'll look fine. So if they replace the brake light you'll still have the same problem...
I'm well aware they print off a roll. You originally said it shouldn't be more than 800-1000. So has is $900 that crazy? You're also in Florida and everything is way cheaper down there. You also said you don't need to paint correct on a black vehicle before PPF? Those swirls will look great...
I'm in the same area as you. I'm on my 3rd ram. 2 had XPEL on the full front and bumpers. 1 did not. It makes a world of difference. I drive about 60 miles round trip on the highway each day for work. My first truck got destroyed with rock chips. The other 2 both got XPEL within the first week...
UPDATE***
So I tested out the parking brake advice and it worked like a charm. Completely smooth and quiet transition from Park to Drive so I guess it is indeed the PAWL on the inclined driveway. I guess I'll just be using the E Brake from now on.
Thanks for all the help
Ok cool. I’ll test it out. I guess my question is what is the proper functioning of the pawl supposed to be? When it’s used is it supposed to make that type of noise? It’s really really loud? Should a pawl engage silently?
So if it goes away using the e brake, it would point to the pawl? Also I’m not familiar with the automatic e brake. Does that just engage if it detects it’s on a hill or just anytime you park it kicks on
Hey guys. Whenever I shift into drive or reverse from park, there is an extremely loud clunk/bang when the gear engages. Should this be a completely silent process? Any ideas on what the issue may be? I feel like there’s been a lot of random clunking and banging in various locations in these...
Hey Guys.
I just wanted to post this tip for cleaning the headliner after a water stain. I've been back to the dealer three times for the brake light/Rear glass leak. Each time they've been able to remove the water stain without replacing the headliner which I have been desperately trying to...
Awesome thanks. I just got back in from re-tightening the light and looking inside with the headliner lowered. The seal was definitely saturated wet and it hasn’t rain for 24hrs.
How tight did you crank down on the screws? I know you have to go from center to outside.
