Not for the faint of heart. I have the go rhino light bar. After 1 1/2 yrs the rivnuts failed, this is to to mounting the light bar on top of the plastic rail covers. We cut out top of bed rail and welded in 1/8 plate strip steel with 1/2 nuts welded on. Its not moving now!!!

i just happened to run across this reading and came across this. I know its a bit late I will bet the issue is with the tiny POS ground wire they provide. I ground just about everything I wire in with 14G and 16G

I need to run the turn signals for the sidebars from the trucks turn signal wiring not the trailer wiring. im just concerned that the extra draw will be picked up by the computer and give me issues.

figured out the issue with ZERO help from OPT7 I ran the sideboard lights from the trailer light plugs which use the turns to activate brake lights hence my issue. now to figure out how to run them from the normal turn wires without upsetting the computer. Hopefully JImmy007 knows of a solution

no problems with pedal commander messing with my truck, just it constantly needed to be reset. it now sits in the glove box!

It ended up being the ground connection there was an odd upward slant to the battery post I had to get small lead shims to put in at top of terminal connection to keep terminal from walking up. Thanks all for the input!!

everything runs independent of the electrical system of the truck.

thats my thinking but i see no leak going to look under seat to see if it damp back there. Ill recheck seal at 3rd brake light as well.
