uaw 1700 posts the weekend schedule on facebook. shap is in critcal status until dec 25 which means 24/7. however management has been cutting some weekend shifts. this weekend saturday second shift 2 to 10 pm and the third shift 10 pm to 6 am this morning was cancelled.

it is starting to look like "ship date" is when it is built we shall see monday morning when friday, sat and sunday build sheets are posted.

my build has lower trim and no 12 inch screen and yet I sit like the rest of the unbuilt. so that thinking is not true either.

this is what I want. and maybe why it is taking so long! I agree with you I like a longer bed I would have liked the foot bed. but want the softer ride of a 1500 I had a club cab with an 8 foot bed and liked it very much.

i was interested in how many 1500's shap put out for model year 2021

side steps sprayed in bedliner to name two. some are reporting sprayed in bed liner being done by dealer. it's another mystery

problem with that is we do not know if the other plants are even working 5 days a week let alone 24/7 or close to 24/7 like shap.

build sheets are not issued on the weekends so it could be true. have to wait until monday morning to see.

when I toured the st louis truck plant under chrysler a time ago they said they had a few days inventory for most parts. times have changed.

do you happen to know how many they build in a model year?

how can you have a build sheet and not get built? are not build sheets are generated after truck comes off the line.
