I believe whet they are referring to is the build code sheet. there has to be some kind of code sheet the person who does the orders to use in order to put orders in.
it differently is not the as built sheet.

it is usually a driveshaft u-joint, or something in the differential.
could happen, take it to the dealer, try to get a good sound bite of if doing it.
maybe put the recording device under the truck.

because they have not built 200xxx, 2022 ram trucks.
