Can you tell us what kind of bulbs you used and if there are wires present at each location or did you run those wires back to the wires you multi-metered? If the latter, reveal the wire color / location / connector you interfaced with.
This is something I’d like to do when I get bored if you...
FWIW, the mats that come with the Off-Road package and Rebel I assume, are really nice. Especially because they have a split in the rear but mate together for complete coverage.
Obvious, they fit like a glove and clean up quick.
Well someone get it installed damnit! Lol. I’ll be doing it regardless but just want to know what I’ll need to schedule. Dealer visits (knock on wood) are twice a year for me so I’ll have to schedule around some planned maintenance.
I’ve seen many complaints about the tech. I do not wish to offend, but many people just didn’t understand how it works. Once educated, they move on but it’s regarded as an issue when in reality, it was a pilot issue.
FWIW, I am going to have ceramic coating applied to my truck. The only reason is that it is black and I want to try and prevent swirl marks from continued washing. My thought is, the ceramic coating will make it easier to wash and will last longer than me waxing it every 6 months.
I would not...
I have the Off-Road package on my truck. It came with 18” rims / 32” tires. Anyone know how large of a tire I could go without having issues? I “think” a 34” would work, which would be perfect IMO.
When I first seen it on the road, I thought, damn, they made it look like every other truck. I couldn't tell a difference between the Ram, GMC or Toyota and there was no reason to trade in my 14. A couple months went by, I kept seeing pictures and I fell in love with the interior. Enough so...
Same, after I could not see it working so to speak it hit my brain, try it at night.
I wonder if we can add the ambience lighting in other locations. Hmmmm. I’d wager the plugs are already in place to connect to. I know my 14 Ram has empty connectors for the ambience lighting in the rear.
This seems like a very individual desire.
Personally, I’d rather have an online configurator (that works) for every option I want. I click and build it to my desire, a real price tallies (not MSRP, say 20% under MSRP) and then the next screen for paying for it. Whether lending from them, other...
Hello @Adrianp89 another familiar face. ;)
Knock on wood but my 19 hasn’t done it so far like my 14 did. I agree, you’d think they’d have it figured out by now.
Damn, I didn’t realize you had even less miles than me. Feel for ya. If I were in your shoes, I might be pressing them to suck this one up and accept your truck as a trade at a paid price and deliver you a new vehicle.
Ps. Love the title. ;)
