We have a 2021 Yukon and my 2020 Ram rides better. Both are coil springs. Ram did a fantastic job with the suspension tuning.

Having owned a 2014 with 2WD and the 3.6, I would suggest the HEMI and 4x4. Yes the 3.6 is fine, but its zero fun and does not sound that great.

I am going to agree that your truck has been repaired after it left the factory. No mass-produced vehicle is perfect, but it should not look like that. Hopefully you can get the dealer get this fixed for ya.
