Ram 1500 orders - Tell Us About Yours!

Actually, my observation is quite the opposite. Ever since they really started ramping up the Hemi's again, the Hurricanes have taken a bit of a back seat.
My daily scan is still ongoing, but as an example, I just found 8 build sheets in the 213,000's. Those are all Hurricanes. And those orders are VERY old - like, going back to August or September of 2025.
i mean tim kuniskis did talk about making 100K hemi engines this year 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for the info. Is the serial number the same as the order number?=

Mine was confirmed & scheduled the same day. They're not putting the dates on the tracker anymore so I added them to the screenshot.

What's the longest someone has waited for a 26 Model Year 1500?

My order was confirmed on February 12th, Scheduled March 17th, and I'm still waiting for it to enter production.

To be fair to RAM it's about as custom as an order gets except for the white paint. Big Horn Crew Cab Long Bed 3.0L Hurricane 4WD with 4 corner air suspension and the 6 seat interior (only available as an online only order with the Big Horn trim if you want the 6 seat interior AND air suspension).

Got the Towing package, off road package, etc.

I scan their servers for daily production, and I can tell you that they're still fulfilling orders from last August/September. Granted, that's alongside VINs that were established only a few days ago. It's a very random process, from an outsider's perspective.
And that's just for the main production line. Getting through all the inspections and being released (i.e., window sticker published) is even worse. Several of today's window stickers were for trucks that were ordered before MY2026 even started.

Oof. I appreciate the reply but hate the news ;)

Here's to hoping it'll be made soon!

5 1/2 months. Been sitting at the last depot before dealer delivery for awhile now. 60 miles away just sitting.

My Loaded Laramie was ordered 3/14
Scheduled 3/30
In production 4/9
Giving Delivery date of 5/30: 4/16
Texted my dealer for a update 4/15 and was told it was at the contractor getting the spray on bed liner and side steps installed. Yesterday, I looked on the tracker and said it was still in production but given the expected delivery date of 5/30. How did the truck, that was nearly completed, get a 6 week delivery date added to it? Are they making a repair? Is there a backup at the contractor?
Just curious.Screenshot_20260417_065341_Samsung Internet.jpg

Just brought up the window sticker. Maybe this a good sign.Screenshot_20260417_183647_Adobe Acrobat.jpg

Notice it did not enter production for 3 months!
Status: Shipped Order Confirmed. Scheduled. In Production. Vehicle Built. Shipped

Notice it did not enter production for 3 months and now no ETA. Just sitting awaiting the last leg 60 miles away.

I ordered my 2026 Limited Longhorn from Anthony at Mark Dodge in January (1/23) and picked it up last week (4/16) so pretty much a 3 month wait from deposit wired to truck delivered.

Wow. Same dealer . Different results. Was yours a semi or the hurricane?

I am naturally suspicious of any irrational behavior. Can any 2026 truck ordered in 2025 not be sold now for more than it was ordered for? Seems the incentive is to delay the order until cancelled then sell for current market value. I just don't see any other reason that explains orders after 1/1/2026 showing up before trucks ordered months earlier.
