Digital Key setup 2025 Laramie

Given the RAM App's functionality and its connectivity with Stellantis, I believe you will receive the tile once your VIN is registered in the system, enabling pairing with your phone. This, I believe, is because I have never had the pairing tile in my App, but last week a new tile popped up telling me I have a recall issue that needs to be repaired. Stellantis' ability to create tiles in the app based on my VIN leads me to believe that, once your VIN is in the system for SPAAK to function, you will see the tile appear in your RAM App. From all that I have read on this thread, I believe this to be the case. I have had the Uconnect screen function and process requesting my phone pair since I took my 2025 off the lot in February 2025, just no tile to pair it with on my iPhone.

If I’m mistaken, I suspect RamCares will chime in and let us know if the process differs.
 
FYI I just noticed both a UConnect update (although the version info hasn't changed) but the big news is the appearance of the Digital Key tile in my Ram app. I was able to set up and pair. Please note, I was initially trying to do it with the phone inserted and flat against the bluetooth charge, that didn 't work, it was only until I held the top of the phone against the top of the charger pad that the pairing was successful (just as in the Video). Everything works, except the proximity approach has not yet unlocked the doors and the lock after walking away only worked once. Hoping everyone gets the feature soon!
 
I have had my 2025 Laramie since September of 2024. It was an October order. I would expect that I should have been included in this update, but so far, no.
 
Hi there, to make sure we fully understand, are you saying that you have a MY25 Ram 1500 with BUILD year 2024 and have received the software update but still do not have the tile access?

I received my truck last February, so it might be an early 25 build. But I’ve had the digital key since new. However, shortly after I got it the tile in the app for digital key disappeared and has not reappeared since. The digital key has worked but I’m not sure I trust it fully yet.

Edit: just checked truck was built Jan 31 2025.

Thank you. I tried the number and they told me that my truck is compatible and I just have to be patient for the app to update with the pairing tile. How long are people generally waiting after the truck software update for the app to catch up?
