Wow, this is a great bit of work demonstrated here. It seems to be a bit overwhelming to make some simple changes. I guess OEM folks have achieved their goal, make all the changes you want, but you will still have to "kiss the ring."

I think the word to the wise is buy one of the new trucks configured how you want, as it appears to be very expensive to retrofit in parts, equipment, time, and then off to the dealer and hope they do not screw up what you have done by accident.
There is a great potential for a business to make these changes for customers and offer these services cheaper than local dealer rates. I would guess once the equipment is paid for, your variable costs would be minimal. You could run this service out of your garage, which would allow you to be out of the weather, have access to electrical power, and minimize labor costs.
For me, I will keep what I have currently, a much shorter, well-documented learning curve for my current truck.
