Another dash Failure Post

2021 Limited Dash is peeling up, i did all the research already to find out there is a national back order. Asked my service advisor to put in goodwill claim with ram and they said he would( i have a good relationship with this dealer) well today he tells me he cant put it in, since he cant get parts. has anyone heard of this? @RamCares
