I’ve had pretty good luck using a NOCO Genius battery charger. The one I have is a G7200 with “repair mode” and can de-sulfate and recharge a battery back to life from the dead. They claim from as low as 1 volt. It's worked for me a couple of times.I tested it with multiple testers and all cam out around cca of 1008 ish. I've already got it on a trickle.
I'm going to try and revive the old one and use it for spot welding my 18650 battery packs.
