No Customer Service

Has anyone had any luck with Ram (Stellantis) customer service? I have a warranty issue and the only number I can find connects to a call center where English is not their primary language. I was able to get a case started but now the dealer is saying he is waiting to hear from the local rep. and it's been two months.

Worst customer service that I have ever dealt with!

Clearly they have made the process so frustrating that most people give up.
