Order Tracking

Finally got down to Lake Charles a little over a week ago to pick it up. My wife and I went on to spend two nights in New Orleans before returning to NC. Overall, the factory order process through Mark Dodge was A+.

The truck itself is awesome. I’ve driven many trucks over the years for work, but this is the first I can call my own and it certainly is. I don’t know how many night edition crew cab tradesman’s with the 6’4 bed, 33 gal tank, and blind spot are on the roads, but I’m guessing very few. It’s been fun watching y’all get your trucks, too - Egret, you’re almost there! See y’all in the other threads!

Woohoo!!! You finally got it. It looks good, and you had a nice 300+ mile drive back home. How do you like it?
Drive was easy... the truck is awesome. Got a LineX spray-in bed liner this morning. Likely going to install my tonneau cover tomorrow... the Gator SR1 Pro Roll-Up.

Does anyone know how it can take multiple days for a truck to complete the build? My truck started production on Monday 1/13, was in Trim yesterday 1/15 and still doesn't have a build sheet today 1/16. Do trucks really spend 4 or more days on the production line?

no, unless there is an issue.
it only takes about 60 minutes or less to assemble a complete vehicle

London Courier
I have decided to say goodbye to my 2-year-old car and have ordered a new one. I understand that I can track the build process (although it might not be very accurate). The thing is, I'm confused and frustrated by the lack of support in doing so. I understand I need an order number and postcode to track through the online portal. The sales advisor told me that the company will send me a pack with the order number, but according to some forum pages I’ve read, the order number should have been provided by the sales person? Just ask your salesman for a copy of the Priced Order Confirmation. It will show your VIN and VON numbers at the top.
