Rebel 2 package animated headlights and taillight

Does anyone have a video of this animation?

I've looked- can't find what it's supposed to be. My '25 rebel has it listed...but I don't see anything out of the ordinary when it's lights up.
you don't have it, none of them do. there is video of it on the ram web site. think it's under the limited or RHO pages

I have had truck since sept. Guess they don't have a leg to stand on in this situation? I've considered the cash back, the truck is pretty nice, but I hate the moon roof, blasting heat on my head on a hot sunny day. I don't have more details yet. also, no Rebel level 2's being built until 2025.. so the wait for a special order may be long. I would do the limited, but don't want lower MPG and must use premium. I guess I regret this purchase entirely now.
Mine sharing how much cash back they are offering?

Dealer told me Mopar offered $3k... not sure how much if any of that was the dealer trying to keep me in the truck, I eventually gave it back.

As much as I would like led lights this is not a make or break issue for me. With that said I do believe that Ram should compensate us for equipment that was added via the level two package but not installed. Interested to see if Ram does a blanket concession on this or if it is case by case, and dependent of who you get on the customer support side. I plan to chat with the dealer about it before I take delivery of my Rebel X that is in route to the dealer now.

It's more about Ram's attitude that 'Meh...they will buy ur anyways.' They've done this time and time again- kind of want us to hold them accountable.

They offered you money for the missing feature. Is that not being accountable?

'Meh...they will buy ur anyways.'

I don't know what that means.

Looks like my '25 rebel level 2 is also missing this feature
I wonder what else is missing, is there a way to check/see the build sheet by vin?

So now if you return the truck, what happens to your down payment? Does that go towards another truck? And if Stellantis buy's the truck back and you re-order another truck, do you keep the truck you're returning until the next one ships to the dealer or are you left scratching your head as to what you're going to use until the new truck arrives or do you have to take a truck that is in stock on the dealers lot?

Does anyone happen to have screen shots of the Level 2 package from the Ram site showing the animated lights as a feature? The Canadian site still shows it and I've grabbed screenshots from there but I'm trying to get some from the U.S. site.

It is not currently listed in the Level 2 package for Laramie or Rebel on the U.S build site. When I placed an order in December and the dealer pulled up the package on his computer it was listed but it is not included on my window sticker or build sheet.

Yea, they are slowly burying it but not addressing it for anyone that thought they might receive the lights. I grabbed screenshots from the Canadian site since it was still listed there but couldn't figure out a way to get the info from the U.S. site prior to them removing it.

In theory if you go to the wayback machine you could get a screenshot from and earlier indexed version of the site I think.

I have the original rebel 2 listing on my window sticker, I may have a screen shot of the website from back in November. If I do I will post it here.

As for Ram customer service it was less than fun this morning jumping from chat to chat only to be told that I have to work through my dealer because "they should be able to ensure the right items get installed on the vehicle" Which we all know is not possible.
