no issues for me...How is the transmission on the rebel, are the shifts a little off?
I am declining the cash offer from Mopar and doing a custom order, returning this truck. This could become a large issue with Rebel/Laramie owners that paid for the level 2 package. Looks like limited and RHO are only trucks getting these lights.Just went to dealer today. Sales manager had no clue. Says he will check into it. Plan to go back next week.
Are you talking about the light that spells ram out on the ground?Count me in, its listed on the window sticker, no animation. I got towing tech package, tech group, trailer tow group and don't have any cameras other than reverse. over $77k and little things like this suck to be missing.
You must have a good dealer. The dealership I got mine from said they can't help and gave me the number for customer care, and after waiting on hold for 30 min, that customer care said i had to call RAM customer care, and gave me a number for a spanish customer care center that forwarded me to a voicemail....My suggestion is take it to the dealer and ask about the lights, it seems it will be worth your while.
my 2 cents
I went to the GM and told him they sold me a truck missing equipment listed on the build codes. If you haven't escalated to senior management or the owner, I'd push harder on them. They contacted Mopar directly. That is literally customer service. Option B, go live stream in front of the dealership and tell the world they sell vehicles missing equipment. You must have a good dealer.
