    TRX Waiting Room

Got a VIN assigned today - order went in on 8/21, due to some initial confusion over certain options. Has anyone here proceeded beyond D1 status yet?

    Dually Truck

Not to mention that dual rear wheels on a 1500 would look almost as out of place as a post about DRWs in the TRX forum...

TRX wrecked, not even off the assembly line!

That's not a Launch Edition (different color). Does that mean they've already produced all 702 LE's, and are now onto TR1/TR2 builds? I thought one of our members here who ordered a Launch Edition had a build date of Jan 28 ( @soulsea ?)

    What is this?

I'm going to guess that's the connector for the air suspension ride height sensor, which is unused since you don't have air suspension.

Active Park Assist - Cast Your Vote!

I tried it a couple of times, mainly just to demo it for friends. It seems to work fine, but just takes way too long. I've been backing big trucks into little spaces for long enough - there's no way an auto-park feature is going to do it better or faster. I find the backup and SurroundView...

    What is this part?

Under Brakes, Base, Description, Description and Operation - component #7 is the Electric Vacuum Pump. Under Operation, it says, "The base brake system uses an electric vacuum pump for additional vacuum supply".

    What is this part?

Isn't the ICU up by the master cylinder? OPs picture sure looks like the vacuum pump to me. This is the service manual's photo: That's the oil dipstick handle (yellow) at the very top of the factory picture.

    What is this part?

vacuum pump - used to supply additional vacuum to the brake booster when the engine isn't producing enough vacuum mechanically

    RamBox extender "hooks"

They just pop out with a screwdriver.

    TRX Waiting Room

There will be mount points for the steps, same as any 5th gen truck, and is what they use to mount the off-road steps or the rock rails. But there will be no wiring harness, nor any integration into the touch screen. I intend to get a set of Amp Research Power Step XLs and install them myself...

    TRX Waiting Room

My 2019 was built on Nov. 6th, and delivered on Nov. 30th. That's Michigan to New Jersey. Areas with less-frequent rail service could be a little longer.

    Ford's Answer to the TRX.....

And I can already see the commercial. Two neighbors, with adjacent driveways. Guy #1 jumps in his TRX, hits the start button, and the Hellcat Demon rumbles to life, rattling windows, scaring little children. He turns to his neighbor, and smiles as if to say, "what'cha got under the hood?"...

SOLD OUT: 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition For The U.S. Market:

That's OK - you guys be patient. I've wanted a TRX since the concept was first announced. I'm tired of waiting for things. I clicked 'Add To Cart' - why isn't it in my driveway yet?! ;)

    No MFT?

My feeling exactly, as well. I was slightly disappointed that the Ram boxes weren't available on the TRX, but understood due to the wider fenders. I'll also probably be installing a set of Amp Research power steps (more than likely the XL version) in place of the Mopar steps - I'll have to see...

    Tonneau cover and running boards

Tonneau covers rate about a 0.75 on the 1-10 difficulty scale (Bakflips raise that bar to about a 1.2). The Mopar tri-fold cover comes completely off in about 30 seconds, so the installation is equally as complicated (set on bed, line it up so it looks straight (in the words of Jimmy Diresta...
