Joining the club - 2020 with 24K, the crack appeared last week. Some water droplets were noticed as well.
Dealer looked at the vehicle and ordered a window, but it is shipping direct from the vendor, so 10 days out.
It worked perfect. I ordered and installed the appropriate harness, had the sales code added to my vehicle profile and performed a configuration update using WiTech.
This is the 5" model on my 2WD Big Horn with 18" tires and no suspension modifications. B&W says minimum 11" from the bottom is acceptable, but this still seems a bit low to me.
With the 3" model stow'ed away, how many inches of ground clearance is left?
I purchased a B&W Tow & Stow for my 20 1500. My truck is a 2WD Big Horn w/ 18” wheels and no suspension modifications.
The 5” model appears to only leave 11” of ground clearance. Does anyone else own the 5” model for their truck? I am concerned that departure angles will become an issue on...
That’s normal. I have noticed the same issue after the fix was completed. When the truck is moving, the AC is a B/B+. At idle when there isn’t much airflow thru the condenser, it is a C+ at best.

The issue happens with other brands as well, not just Amsoil. The HEMI engines tend to load the oil with a lot of particulate which causes the high-efficiency filters to clog. The workaround is to use the low-efficiency, factory “rock stopper” filter.
