Nice S1000 in the bed too. Or is an M. Hard to tell from this angle.
You pretty much had to do all the same things I had posted at the start of this thread with my build. Kinda sucks that Bell Tech still has not fixed the issues.
It looks like they need to start by cutting off more metal from the factory brackets so the control arms will fit. But I have no idea what the 3/5 kit contains as I did the 2/4 kit.
My truck has the 1-piece driveshaft. Did not even know they made a 2-piece.
For the track bar I just kept the factory mount and got a Spohn adjustable trackbar which easily corrected the driveline alignment issue with the kit and the unusable relocation bracket.
After the kit being installed...
Just installed the last two speakers in the rear door. Now I have a constant 60hz hum. If I roll a window down it goes away. If I shut the stereo completely off it remains. Guessing something to with the ANC but not sure why it started with the rear speakers. Fronts have been in for 2 weeks...
Just ordered some speakers. Damn you OP!!
Infinity reference 3032CF 3.5 2ohm for the dash
CDT Audio ES690ESProA 6x9 for the front and rear doors.
I have the Alpine system and I think it sounds good. The highs are very weak but fairly well balanced overall. Even at 55+ years old I do miss...
I do not think so. I think they were more to get the sway arm ends closer to parallel to the ground when the truck was sitting on it's wheels.
Mmmm could be a bad pinion angle coming off the rear axle. Another person I was talking to had to revert his kit back to factory because it changed...
Congrats on the new truck.
Last time I was over there (2002) I got to go on a Go-Kart track that was running twin engine go-karts. Another guy who was a club racer came on the track with a 2 stroke go-kart and proceeded to lap us like we were standing still! It was still in the upper 90's at...
Do you mean the sway bar spacer? If so then yes we installed that.
The trackbar did not come with any spacers so It went in as factory. We did however have to flip one end of the trackbar heim joints so we had access to the zerk fitting.
I love the bronze Hellcat wheels. But I getting concerned that too many people are buying them now and my truck will no longer be different.
But I've been saying that bronze is the new black.
I ran over a piece of sheet metal int he road (curtain rod?) and it bent up like a horsehoe and gouged...
Unfortunately it is. Even a semi-auto runs in the $10K+ range now. Hoosier Hot-Shot M2. Weighs as much as the real thing and passes the 1 foot test even with qualified people. The rest in the jeep are all live.
My garage needs to be bigger.
Besides the Ram I have,
A 1942 Ford GPW.
A 1991 Honda VFR750F Hurricane Wilma wiped her out but I still have it.
A 2001 Honda CBR929RR
And a 2009 Harley Davidson V-Rod Muscle VRSCF which I am currently selling.
After almost six months with my truck lowered I've had no issues. Still rides like factory and smooooth.
The Belltech 2/4 kit was a PITA to install but other than that no issues.
Have yet to install the pump for the air bags. I have one motorcycle to get running and another one to sell...
