What did you do to your Ram today???

Couch? Beer Fridge? I am not a moving company. If I need to move ****, I hire people. I think a ton of gear - you know what I haul - speaks a lot more about my manhood than the typical "I want to be a man Man Cave" stuff ;-)

    Mid size trucks

I sold my Tacoma as fast as I could. If you're under 5'7", have no family, and no gear then mid-sized trucks are perfect for you. However, if you have some body mass, hobbies, and family then mid-size trucks have no point as the only trucks. I'd love a 1st generation Taco for trails and country...

    E-Bike Damage

I hope you're okay and that no loved ones were injured in any shape or form. But how fast was that guy going? Left a tooth? I bet that hurt AF.

What did you do to your Ram today???

Ya'll, I have to come clean. For a moment, I confused my RAM with Maverick or -- I know you won't forgive this one - Ridgeline. So I bought Bakflips and the likes, bed rags, and other girly man accessories typically pushed by the influencers, bottom feeding scrotums that they are. Then I...

Unhappy -- No internet; No owner's manual.

This thread.... is like arguing with folks from 1980s.

Unhappy -- No internet; No owner's manual.

Have you ever done off-roading or overlanding or been anywhere remote? What you speak of is not a problem for a person who can think a few steps ahead. If you don't know how to put your car in 4WD or perform essential operations, going to remote places isn't for you.

Unhappy -- No internet; No owner's manual.

Not having a printed manual is a positive thing. If you're into wilderness, long distance travel, or frequently find yourself in a place where you need to look things up, have the manual downloaded to your smartphone or tablet. Search functionality lets you find information quickly and the...

    Realtruck.com probs; stay away!

@Jako - thank you, you just answered my next question about covers that aren't Truck Hero associated. And yes, Line-X is most definitely rebranded, but lifetime warranty and having access to local shop helps.

    Realtruck.com probs; stay away!

Well, I read this thread way too late. Ordered a cover from them with "rapid shipping." Did not get the order processed, let alone shipped, on-time, so I cancelled it. The order is "pending cancellation," but they money is not back in my account. Will reach out to the bank shortly. But wait...

What did you do to your Ram today???

I see, it is still not what I expected. I understand that the fabric may give a bit, but as it turned out, it is not what I want.

What is this in my bed?

I doubt that. I went down the hole yesterday, turns out these are mystery holes plugged with Mopar part 68404473AB. Another curious RAM owner popped out the plug and reported nothing but a hole looking into the frame. That leaves me with the question: what should I do with these plugs if I...

What did you do to your Ram today???

That's exactly what I did, but it was still not close enough for me. The velcro lines that exist on the sides of the bed rug did not always line up with the best lines available in the bed. I watched RealTruck's video and it looked better for the prior generation.

What is this in my bed?

Looks like a placeholder for a bolt... or something else. Hard plastic - can't pop out easily.

What did you do to your Ram today???

So effectively, the most of the velcro attachments will be useless. I'll wait for Lasfit, Weathertech, Husky, or some other competent company to make a rug that makes sense given technology capabilities.

What did you do to your Ram today???

Well, updated pic: There is no way I am leaving the rug in the bed. There is simply not enough precision and velcro for the rug to follow every bed contour. I pulled it out as soon as I installed it. If you have solid straight walls, the rug may be the way to go. If you have any round shapes...
