I have been searching for a used Ram 1500 Limited with the panoramic sunroof and the long bed for a few years now? Does no one order these like this? I saw they are available to order but out of my budget and seems like they drop about 20k the first year so thats why im looking for used. I need the long bed for camping and work as i wont have a travel trailer for another few years.

In 2021, when I was looking for something very specific (new, Longhorn, 6'4" bed, Delmonico Red), I found exactly one in the country: In Idaho, and I'm in Georgia. I considered flying out to buy it, but ultimately ended up ordering new from Mark Dodge.
When you say they drop $20K the first year, I assume you mean from MSRP. But no one should pay MSRP to begin with, so ordering new isn't as expensive as you might think. Expect at least $10K off a Limited order. Granted, $10K isn't $20K, but ordering new is the easiest way to get exactly what you want, if you can wait and have it fit your budget.
This Autotrader search shows 133 new and used trucks that meet your criteria. Some of those are actually Limited Longhorns (flaw in Autotrader's search, apparently). Currently, it's turning up only 4 used trucks 2023 or newer. Some of the new trucks are around $16K off sticker. If you like the idea of a High Output Hurricane, those might be appealing to you.
Good luck with your search. Once you find what you're looking for, you should totally buy my Retrax cover! (Nothing has made me appreciate the rarity of the 6'4" bed like trying to sell a tonneau cover).

I had the same question about Laramie and 6'4" bed. Do ya'll order these directly from RAM or does the wait and see game pay off? I found only a few trucks that I like and all of them are on the other side of the country.

they exist but i would stay away from the limited. if you get a limited don't complain when the dash bubbles up.....

It's not just the Limited. Longhorn, Limited, and Tungsten all have leather covered dashes. I'm not sure about the RHO since I've never seen on in person.they exist but i would stay away from the limited. if you get a limited don't complain when the dash bubbles up.....

I remember watching a press release for the 2024 model year and the Ram guy was talking about how they changed the limited dash material to stop the bubbling issues that previous years had. Also saw it on a few journalist drives but didn’t hear anything else about it after.

I've had 4 CC long bed trucks but they have been Big Horns and Laramies. Definitely hard to find so my 19 was a dealer trade from 2.5hrs away and the other 3 were custom orders. They are pretty uncommon as they are not very popular and the dealers I traded them in with had trouble selling them and I think 2 went to auction so maybe check auctions as well? Good luck!
