I also have the Sentry CT, so far no complaints from me. It's not 100% water proof, I have a small amount of water that comes in at the tailgate corners under a high pressure wash, but is sufficient for my needs.

If you pop out the caps, that's where you can add the pin and handle for the bed extender. It's designed such that you maintain the width, even with the extender.
