I've read that the front wheels sit in further than the rear, so it makes sense to do something like a 1.25" spacer up front and a 1" spacer in the rear. Or a 1.5" up front and a 1.25" rear. My goal is to flush our the side wall of the tire with the body of the truck. To do this, I think the...
For some unknown reason that I can't figure out, My box seems to have fixed itself. It hasn't done it in over a week. And I haven't tried or done anything new.
Its not even been a week so not rushing, but please dont forget to report back on whether its gone away. I need to schedule an appt and would like to be armed with info before they try the whole 'we can't reproduce the issue' business.
Mine does it now too. 1800 miles. 2020 Limited. For me its everytime I shut the truck off, get out... and by the timet he retractable steps are retracting, the box pops open. 99.9% of the time.

I'm dealing with this exact same problem. truck is like 2 months old. been trying to figure out what triggers it but it seems what you're describing is exactly it. I shut the truck off and walk away and as I'm walking by i hear it pop open.
Also only the drivers side. passenger is fine.
Has anyone figured out if 2020 models are now supported by this? I've read on a few FB groups that it doesn't work on the 2020s, and it doesn't show up on Tazer's websites either.
Has anyone experienced the RamBox popping open on its own? My truck started going this in the last few days. For no reason what so ever the drivers side ram box would pop open as if someone had pressed the button but no one was near it. Passenger side is fine. I can't figure out whats...
I'm not sur I love the idea of tapping the wire directly though. You're running to a light that's outside and could be damaged by water or hitting something etc and short out. It probably wouldn't be an issue, but do you have a fuse in line with the tapping of this wire?
Is there a fuse in...
