I called the bar association for my area and they are getting in contact with one. The law in Kentucky says 30 days to fix the issue which yesterday was the 30th day. I'm getting a call at some point this morning. After mentioning an attorney RamCares said they closed my case

No, Ram Cares closed my case when I mentioned an attorney and the dealership doesn't have any updates on when the staircase engineer will be able to assist and they say RamCares is who I need to talk to. No response yet from @Winchester3030 on who he talked to at Stellantis.

The 5rh time talking to Ram Cares they state that they usually only help people with out of warranty claims so they push it back to the dealer saying they have to help. Ram Cares refuses to do anything. I guess I ha e to get a attorney because now I'm pissed getting the run around is a joke

Thanks! I seen people with the same issue with the truck but not as far as keeping the dealer to cooperate with me. I will look back and see if I can find out how they persuaded the dealer to help or who they talked to
