I have had this problem for months now. Factory reset, tried wired carplay, wireless. Uconnect is garbage in my opinion. I don't know where to go. My dealership says "Your software is up to date, we can't do anything" and I don't believe there is any support from Uconnect, so what do we do?

They are not doing OTA updates at this time because "it broke alot of the radios"
They are no longer offering USB updates to consumers "at this time"
