Dealer replaced one at 2.5 yrs and 38k miles. A year later, I just replaced another with a different brand. Either these batteries just suck *** or something else is going on.

While I don't love the chrome on mine, a) I don't hate it and b) **** paying a bunch of extra money for color match or blacked out. That's silly.

They do have great customer service. The Revolver4 I had for 2+ years was having some issues ( lots of little tweaks and repairs needed..), and with just a few pics, they sent me a brand new updated version 9 the 4s) which is superior. Great service.

I answered someone's question as to why the dealer could possibly give you so much for your trade. The answer is bc you got bent over on purchase price. You are right that it doesn't matter how you get to the number as long as you're happy with it, but the answer to 'why did they give so much...

The answer is bc they bent him over on the price of what he bought.
