The main reason I went with the buckets and console is for the rear A/C vent placement as I always have 3 kids with me. Otherwise, I would have gone with the bench.

As a guess as to what is causing the issue, I think a cam bearing is not with in spec and is not keeping oil pressure where it should be.

Agree! Our GW has the 3.0 HO and it still surprises me every time I get on it. Impressive for an SUV the size of a small building :ROFLMAO: I'm not sure if the trucks have a drive mode selection, but the GW does, and running the 3.0 HO in Sport Mode is entertaining!

Our Jeep GW w/ the HO Hurrican does not sound like this on start-up. Almost sounds like leaf blower, my guess is something in the exhaust is vibrating.
