Was cruising around the lot today killing time and checked out a few 2019 2500 and 3500 trucks. While looking I noticed these new style steps and would love to put these on my 19 1500. Wondering if any of you guys had seen these and your thoughts of trying to install them on a 1500.

Well I wish I had some mods done to share today but extang sent me a 5’7” cover in a box marked 6’4”.

Truck arrived at the dealer today. Right now it’s getting tint done by the dealer and as soon as I pick it up tomorrow it’s getting wheel to wheel oem steps, and an extang revolution installed!

My sales guy sent me this today! Ordered 10/27 arrived at dealer 12/6! Should be ready for pickup tomorrow some time!

Man they must have better logistics up there. Mines in Nashville which is 2.5 hours from my dealer in Kentucky.

What state are you in? If you don’t mine me asking. Mines was ordered a day after yours and it’s still waiting on a truck to deliver it.

Also they did offer tracking through the forum but I know they had to stop recently for some reason. Not sure if they ever got it back up and running.

I was torn as well when I ordered and decided if I’m gonna pay Laramie price on a BigHorn just to get My 7.0 cluster with 8.4 non Nav. Why not bump up and get leather plus ambient lighting, and with the sport appearance package you get a sweet looking hood upgrade! I say Laramie over Big Horn...

Good to know. You would think a company as big as FCA would be able to track and give delivery dates and details for delivery to the final destination.

Does Ram customer service even have the ability to tell you when your truck is on its way from the rail yard to the dealership via truck? My dealership is telling me hopefully next week but won’t give me anything closer than that.

Mine is sitting in Nashville waiting for a truck ride to western Kentucky!

So is Ram Care phone better than the chat with details cause I get the most vague answers from the chat people.
