They have lost me for this exact reason. Not buying an expensive truck only to have my dash come apart and have to fight to get t fixed...horrible customer service and why RAM is suffering BIG TIME now as their quality is in the toilet!!!

I get that and wasn't looking for a definitive answer ;) Just hoping anyone with a 2023 - 205 will chime in if having any issues with the dash.

You under warranty? If so, take it in and have them look at it to give you peace of mind.

14.9 is just fine...no issues.

I will never buy another RAM with a leather dash...only vinyl for me if I decide on a 2025 after they work out the check engine light issues several folk have posted about.

Why pay to update a map in your truck that's obsolete by the time you get it when you have Waze, Google Maps and Apple Maps?

I am in the security industry and have been for 40 years. More than one sticker tells me it's a fake. You only need ONE sticker to demonstrate that you have an anti-theft device. Anything more and I'm going to break in knowing you were just sticker happy!

Their motors are imploding. I think about 500,000 motors need to be replaced and it's a major deal to do it as the body needs to come off the frame and very involved.
